The starting point: different inquiries, one firm
Someone seeking legal advice needs to see quickly whether a firm handles the matter and who is on the team. BCCA brings together several practice areas, partners, alliances and publications. Placing everything on a long homepage would make answers harder to find. The website separates these topics and lets visitors begin with their specific need.
An architecture for reading and deciding
Navigation gives practice areas their own destinations. Partner profiles provide context about the people behind the services, while publications show the firm's activity without interrupting the path to contact. The experience works for someone arriving through a referral as well as someone finding BCCA through a specific search.
Language is part of the journey
The website is available in Spanish and English. A firm serving companies and clients from different markets needs language changes that preserve orientation: visitors should still recognize where to find services, the team and the inquiry route. The bilingual experience was treated as part of the information architecture, not as a separate translation screen.
What another firm can learn from this project
The BCCA project page in our portfolio links to the published website. Try three tasks there: find a practice area, learn about a partner and reach the contact page. For a firm planning a redesign, these tasks provide a better starting point than choosing a visual style first. A strong legal website makes expertise visible and makes the next conversation easier.
