1. Available rights
- Access: learn whether we process your data and receive information or a copy where applicable.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Cancellation or deletion: request removal when there is no duty or basis to retain the data.
- Objection: ask for specific processing to stop where applicable.
- Portability: receive provided data in a reasonably structured format where applicable.
- Withdrawal of consent and opt-out from promotional communications.
2. How to submit a request
Email ventas@lulabtech.com with the subject “Data rights”. Include your name, email or phone used, related company or project, requested right, a specific description and preferred response method.
Do not send a full identity document in the first email. If reasonable doubts exist, we will request proportionate and secure verification.
3. Representatives
A representative may submit the request with sufficient authorization and verification data. For business requests, we will also verify that the person is authorized by the organization.
4. Operational timeframes
- Access: up to 10 business days.
- Rectification: up to 5 business days.
- Cancellation and portability: up to 10 business days.
- Objection: immediate handling where applicable.
5. Limits
We may retain information needed for payments, taxes, contracts, security, fraud prevention, temporary backup, claims defense or compliance with an order. In that case, use will be restricted to the reason supporting retention.
6. Review and complaint
If you are not satisfied, reply in the same thread requesting review. You may also contact ANTAI or another competent authority, without limiting applicable consumer or court remedies.
