1. What they are
Cookies are small data files stored by a website in a browser. Local and session storage perform similar functions without automatically sending their contents to the server.
2. Essential technologies
- lulabtech_session: temporary HttpOnly and SameSite cookie used for sessions, security and CSRF tokens. It is removed when the browser closes or the session ends.
- lulab_language: remembers Spanish or English for up to one year.
- Attribution sessionStorage: temporarily keeps the source page and campaign parameters to associate them with an inquiry.
- Notice localStorage: remembers that the person closed the cookie notice.
3. Security and third parties
When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile may receive technical data needed to identify automated traffic. Spline interactive content is deferred until interaction and may connect to external servers.
When following links to WhatsApp, Google or other providers, the person leaves the site and becomes subject to that provider's policies.
4. Analytics and advertising
The site may receive UTM, gclid or fbclid parameters in the URL and save them with an inquiry to identify its campaign source. This alone does not install a Lulab advertising cookie.
If non-essential tools requiring consent are added in the future, this notice will be updated and a choice mechanism enabled before activation where required.
5. How to control technologies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking the session cookie may prevent forms, security or panel access. You can also clear site data to remove saved preferences.
